Tetra Pak Packaging Material Sunne AB manufactures packaging materials for Tetra Rex, a package for liquid food. Our production consists of converting plastic-coated cardboard into packages through three operational steps: laminating, printing/die-cutting, and edge sealing. We have approximately 260 employees. We prioritize safety first and continuously work on ongoing improvements throughout the organization in accordance with WCM – World Class Manufacturing.

Would you like to work in the graphic industry at our factory in Sunne? We are looking for an automation electrician for production.

What will you be working on?

In this role, you will maintain, prevent, and troubleshoot production disruptions. The work includes everything from practical problems in daily operations to working on projects. The role is very independent, and you will report to a supervisor in the maintenance department. We continuously work on installing new equipment, retrofitting equipment, and energy efficiency improvements.

Another important part of the job is to work with improvement efforts according to WCM methodology.

Who are you?

You should have an education in Electrical/Automation, from high school and/or university. It is desirable that you have experience with Siemens PLCs and operations. Previous experience in similar work within the industry is an advantage; we expect you to be service-oriented and have a strong interest in technology. We want you to have good initiative and be able to prioritize among the tasks that arise. SAP is used as the maintenance system. Previous experience working with UH systems is an advantage.

You need to be a proficient computer user and have knowledge of both Swedish and English.

Experience with WCM, Lean, and 5S is also appreciated.

To succeed in this role, you need to be engaged, proactive, and able to collaborate easily. You are creative and have a good ability to solve problems and a willingness to work on continuous improvements. Furthermore, you are meticulous and systematic.

Conditions

The employment is a permanent position. You will work a combination of daytime, shifts, and on-call duty. Fixed monthly salary, on-call compensation, and shift compensation according to collective agreement with GS union.
